the children's pool was not clean 😕! but the breakfast buffet had tons of options, and the staff were super polite and attentive! enjoyed the spacious room with a great city view. 🌇

Clean property with nice design, and delicious continental breakfast. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Good location in Ambassador Pallava restaurant, and lovely bedrooms. Based really close to Center of the city, Egmore railway station and Mahabalipuram.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially in the restaurant and around the pool. Cleanliness and pleasant ambiance.

Particularly good and scrumptious breakfast with wide spread for the start of the day. Particularly good location, 15 minutes' walk to a Bronze gallery. Set next to Chennai at 0300am from Dubai alongwith wife, T nagar and Railway Station, Beach and other places in the quiet area.

Ambassador Pallava exceeded my expectations in several areas. The facilities are abundant, and the location is great for accessing nearby attractions. My room, the Executive Room, was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I enjoyed the breakfast spread with various tasty options that catered to different preferences. The staff were mostly polite and attentive, especially the room service team. I had a frustrating experience at check-in when my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait longer than expected. The check-out process was also less than ideal. One staff member didn't handle our international card problems well, leading to a confusing situation. I felt the reception staff could be more trained in customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

I loved the cozy executive room and especially enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor seasonal pool and the beautiful garden area. The staff were generally attentive, but I found it a bit annoying that I had to pick up a new Wi-Fi key halfway through my stay. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I'd definitely recommend enjoying the pool!

Breakfast was good.

Check-in was disappointing right from the start. The receptionist was abrasive and unhelpful. I also noticed that the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms needed much improvement. It was like there was a lack of proper hospitality training among the staff.

Great place with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me with local delivery recommendations, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience! I'm coming back soon.

The accommodations here are spacious with two separate single beds, and the food and drinks are fantastic.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the good buffet breakfast and supportive staff. Plus, being just a short walk away from Semmozhi Poonga and Express Avenue Mall meant I could easily explore beautiful parks and do some shopping at my leisure.
