the children's pool was not clean 😕! but the breakfast buffet had tons of options, and the staff were super polite and attentive! enjoyed the spacious room with a great city view. 🌇

Excellent service, beautiful heritage, and delicious breakfast!

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, especially in the restaurant and around the pool. Cleanliness and pleasant ambiance made my stay enjoyable and restful.

Ambassador Pallava exceeded my expectations in several areas. The facilities are abundant, and the location is great for accessing nearby attractions. My room, the Executive Room, was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had various tasty options that catered to different preferences. The staff were mostly polite and attentive, especially the room service team. However, I had a frustrating experience at check-in when my room wasn’t ready, and I had to wait longer than expected. The check-out process was also less than ideal. one staff member didn’t handle our international card problems well, leading to a confusing situation. I felt the reception staff could be more trained in customer service to avoid such issues in the future.

I loved the cozy executive room and especially enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor seasonal pool and the beautiful garden area. The staff were generally attentive, but I found it a bit annoying that I had to pick up a new Wi-Fi key halfway through my stay. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I'd definitely recommend enjoying the pool!

Breakfast was good.

Check-in was disappointing right from the start. The receptionist was abrasive and unhelpful, which set a negative tone for our stay. I also noticed that the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms needed much improvement. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of proper hospitality training among the staff.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once helped me with local delivery recommendations, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience! I'm coming back soon.

excellent access to parks and nearby shopping malls for strolls

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the delightful buffet breakfast and supportive staff who made my experience memorable. plus, being just a short walk away from Semmozhi Poonga and Express Avenue Mall meant I could easily explore beautiful parks and do some shopping at my leisure.

Location was great, just a short walk to VFS. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flash stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff even packed some fruits for me to carry to the airport as I had an early departure.

Nothing I didn't like.

I found the food absolutely delicious, with a breakfast spread that impressed me every morning, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, the front desk was unhelpful initially, which put a damper on my arrival experience.
